No call back for appointment. Automated appointment system calendar for birthdate not friendly to use. Hate to rethink doctor as he was a referral. Still attempting to get appointment with doctor lynch 1-11-2022 His office cancelled due to snow.... I understand that then pushed me back 2 more months after waiting 2 plus months...... Customer service is lacking. This seems to be common issue with all local medical service providers. Remember all of these institutions give huge amounts of cash in 2020 and 2021. So pay should not be issue attracting best and quality employees. A smart organization would reach out to me and ask for updated google review...... lets see what they do. Finally did get appt after they cancelled for snow. 60 days later tomorrow I have appointment! Too soon to say good care or bad but customer service still lacks! 6-14-2022 I decided to stay with current GP at Ascension St. Agnes. Dr. Lynch's staff made prescription dose mistake and were not easy to get appt. with as stated in earlier post after they cancelled. We TRUST our health to a team when we chose a doctor. Do not settle for a problematic team!

Dr. Lynch is extremely friendly. Explains everything to you. I won’t go to any other primary doctor.

Myself, my husband and my son have all gone to Dr Lynch for many years. He is patient, listens to me, answers my many questions without hesitation and has a nice POST VISIT PRINTED SUMMARY of my visit, in case I forget what his instructions were or when I need to return for my next visit. Also, his office staff members are very kind and patient.

Over the moon to have found Dr. Lynch! He is extremely patient, thorough, and takes his time to explain answers to my questions. Additionally, all of his staff are personable and very kind hearted. What a great team !!

I had high expectations going to my appointment today as a result of the fantastic reviews I’ve read and Dr. Lynch exceeded all of my expectations! He took the time to get to know me as his patient....even called my previous doctor in another state to get some background on my care. I was so impressed with his knowledge of diabetes care and overall health care. I’m so happy to have Dr. Lynch as my PCP!

I have trusted Dr. Lynch for more than 20 years and now I drive no less than 1:15 each way to keep him as my primary care physician. He takes the time to listen, explain and I never feel rushed. The staff are equally kind, helpful and patient - not something found in a lot of physician's offices. I highly recommend this office!

I've been a patient of Dr Lynch's for around 20 years or so. At one point I convinced my wife to become a patient. She loves him as much as I do. I tell all my finds to become patients. Now they love him, too. I think the world of Dr Lynch. He's kind, professional, considerate, and communicates well. I know he listens to me and I appreciate his good humor. He's never steered wrong or let me down. I trust him with my health and recommend him highly. There is no better doctor. Period.
