Total Health Care-Mondawmin Mall Health Center's Online Review Report Card

I just disenrolled from that clinic, Dr. Green is a quack and some of the front desk staff don't know how to talk to you, Twice I went to see her and twice she walked right pass me after waiting in the exam room I never got to see her she knew I was there but she didn't acknowledged me at all as a patient, I tried to report her to the administration office but never got a hold to them I go to a better clinic and see a better doctor , who cares very much for their patients, and know what they,re doing I would never step foot back there again they kept sending me messages, so I had to disenroll.

Hot mess. Receptionist and Lab agents are very rude over the phone. The entire clinic goes to lunch at the same time for an entire hour. My nieces appointment was at 11am today. She was held off due to an emergency patient (understandable) finally seen and then told they could not do her blood work at the time because they had to go to lunch. How long does it take to draw blood from a sleepy 4 year old child??? How unprofessional and unacceptable is this type of practice. Also when inquired about her having asthma they ruled it out because “she does not wheeze when she runs.” This makes absolutely no sense she has other symptoms that all point to asthma and for you not to want to look into any of them. I will be writing into corporate and the BBB to warn others of this facility. It need to be shut down and revamped. New employed who have respect when speaking over the phone and that are not short with concerned patients. They seem like they do not like their job. I had to place one star to write the review but they deserve none.

Dr Green is the worst doctor here. She don’t have good people skills and will have you taken unnecessary test as well as visit from other doctors. It took her over month to fill paper work out and she didn’t complete the paper.the paper looked as if a child filled it out. She didn’t follow the directions of the paper to be filled out. As a professional I would expect that you could fill out a paper for your patience the correct way. Pediatrics department lost my kids papers as well. This has been the worst experience I ever had at a doctor office. I will never come or bring my kids here again. The whole Facility is unprofessional. There no Communication between staff. The Doctor took my kids personal information home with her I believe that’s against the law.

This is my Primary Care Provider. They are very professional and that's the reason I continue to go there for any medical needs I have. Always willing to help me everyone here so nice and it's so convenient because the Pharmacy is there too wow they even doing such a great job so far upgrading the place they really plan on being there for the community for the long ride. 💖 I really appreciate their service.

Total Health Care is a very good clinic the child care health as well as adult, to GYN, OB also mental health. The doctor's are caring and take time to listen to what's good on with, for me that's very important know one want to fell like they just stepped in a assembly line when it comes to there health I recommend Total Health Care to anyone.

The wait time to see the doctor is way to long. Then the doctor is not in the examining room no more than 10 minutes. I have been waiting for the doctor to fill out paper work and call back to mercy hospital since mid April and now it's June 5th, and still nothing. I am not at all pleased with total healthcare. Not professional at all.
