Total Health Care-Open Gates Health Center's Online Review Report Card

I have not been to any of the doctors here. But I called their number because several of them are on my insurance companies network list. They put me on hold to come back and say they actually are not. I suggested they remove themselves from the directory then as a courtesy to anyone else who might find them and need help. The woman I was speaking to at the front desk couldn't care less to take down the number of the insurance company and correct it.

This is mu kids doctors office. Dr.Kelly is their doctor and he is amaazzing! I'm so glad to have him as my kids pediatrician. This place is always clean, the staff is mostly nice except for one nurse in particular that I had a problem with a while back because we was 20 min late for our appointment. The staff at the desk was gonna push us through until this nurse came out and started talking about us being late...right in front of us..which I thought was rude and unprofessional. The administration and nurse was arguing back and forth..it was crazy. But we still got seen. This same nurse about a year later which was just recently, had gave my daughter shots, and we had to come back 2 days later because her arm was very red and sore...come to find out it was infected and the nurse didn't clean the area properly before giving her the shots. The doctor wrote her out a script and luckily it fixed her right up. I dont think it was intentional or anything...just a mistake. I'll just be more cautious next time that's all. No hard feelings 😉

Very friendly staff outstanding 👌. I felt like I've been going there all my life. My doctor was dr. Carlos. He listened to my concerns and he handled all of my medical needs very well. I'm looking forward to going back to my appointment on the 9th of March. On which I'm going back for a physical which I'm sure I will pass with flying colors 😁💯👍💖😍🌹💜. This place is the lowest grade, unprofessional, unsanitary, slowest, uncaring place that I have EVER had the Miss fortune to have been associated with. The Dr and the staff Walks in and out past the patients in the waiting room so nonchalantly going to lunch on time returning when they feel like it while patient still wait in the waiting room and in the rooms after the vitals have been taken for hours. The only reason I am still associated with this facility is because of the pediatrician Dr. Kevin Kelly was wonderful with the kids. The Dr Sophie Purekal is the slowest, remedial, unemotional women. I have preen going to this facility for more than 4years and she has only Examined me once
