Very nice & Very respectful staff. Especially for the area. I was born, raised, & still live in Southwest Baltimore city.Lots of clinics I've been to lots of the staff are kind of disrespectful & treat you like an addict that's only there for meds. I've never done drugs & I take offense to that because of how I'm treated. No matter your race/color/religion/age whether you're black, brown, white, yellow, green, etc deserves to be treated with respect and dignity even if you are an addict. But the staff here treated us probably the best besides SOME staff at certain other clinics/hospitals. Definitely good doctors & a good clinic to have for your PCP. This is a great choice for your medical needs.
I see doctor Winston and he is wonderful. The staff are so rude and worst of all they don’t feel your pain. I have been there since 10:30 and she kept turning me around. After everything I kept calling for hours with pain and no one answered me. I am in tears cause they don’t have an idea what I am going tru. And yes, I’ll live someday. I chose to stay cause doc Winston is an awesome man.
The nurse practitioner here can not prescribe the proper medication that a person needs because nurse practitioner's are not doctors and they need approval before they can do that. They won't get approval because they think they know what's best. They often use computer generated information to prescribe the medication the give you. They don't know what's best at all. Then, the nurse practitioner is often called Doctor. They think that is cute. Well it's not. They are NOT a Doctor. So, they and everyone else to stop referring to them as such... #howdidyoureact
I received my treatment here I can't say enough good things about this place we need it a vein God for it and I look forward to going in everyday because I know I'm going to get something good I know I'm going to get something to help me come back this disease so again I thank God for this place in a people that work there from the janitor to the manager
This is the worst clinic in the Baltimore area and I had to push that start button to get on here to tell you they need to shut down no one in there nose what there doing they have the most dysfunctional ghetto people working there I ever seen in my life it's just a place to get a paycheck for them they don't care about you it's like they brought the doctors from Wal-Mart or something and I want that star back you get a 0 close down
God continue to bless this place. This facility demonstrates a genuine love and concern for those in need of health care from the front door. They have proved to me that they really really care about life. The staff is very very courteous, proficient, and timely. When you look for professionalism, hospitality, and care go to this place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
