I am a new patient l. I waited for over a month to meet Dr. Epstein. I waited for over 40 minutes to be seen! I was in the process of rescheduling with another physician when Ebony stepped in and saved the day! Lately I have felt quite marginalized due to my age and lack of financial resources. It was apparent that I wasn't deemed worthy by staff at he reception desk. I do not have medicade. Anyway, the darker pigmented CNA was rude and unaccommodating. Had it not been for Ebony I would have found another doctor and office. I am so glad I stayed. I like Dr. Epstein and look forward to establishing a relationship with her My hat off to Ebony!!!! I was prescribed the medicine I have needed for the last three months. Thanks Ebony.

Dr Epstein is an awesome doctor she has been my doctor over 20 some years I highly recommend her I have sent her so many people. She is just not a doctor she is a doctor who cares. If you are looking for a doctor she is the one she listens to you and she is very professional.

Dr. Epstein is an incredibly knowledgeable and caring family physician. The administrative staff could be a little better at relaying messages and responding. Once you get into Epstein though, she is amazing.
