Ms. Lindy lights up a room and has great energy, which is incredibly infectious. Her classes are terrific and her method of incorporating Acro Yoga in her class is outstanding. Prior to becoming a Registered Yoga teacher, not only she does offer you the yoga tools to get you the body and life you want, she also teach us how to grow the business.

Some friends and I rented a bay house for a bachelorette party. Lindy came to our house for private yoga sessions on the deck and it was AMAZING!!! She worked us out, took us out of our comfort zones, and strengthened our bodies and the bond between friends. Highly recommend!!! Thank you, Youga Yoga!!!!
