My family has been treated by Dr. Robinson for over 30 years. We continue to be impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. There's a reason his office is always busy; he's one of the best dermatologists around.

Dr. Robinson has a thorough understanding of the wide range of treatment options available and does a great job working with you to find the best path forward for managing your unique conditions.

Was rushed, insulted, and would not refer anyone to him.

ONE OF THE ABSOLUTE WORST DR EXPERIENCES I EVER THOUGHT EVEN POSSIBLE!!! WENT IN TO DOCUMENT A CASE OF HI-FRUCTOSE-CORN-SYRUP AND PHOSPHOROUS DIOXIDE POISONING FROM DRINKING COKE. NOT SURE, BUT, PRETTY CERTAIN, SINCE I'VE BEEN DEALIING WITH IT FOR OVER 20 YEARS. HE DECLINED TO ADMIT THAT MY CONDITION HAD IMPROVED FROM ONE WEEK TO NEXT AND INSISTED THAT I WAS CONFINED TO HI-BLOOD PRESSURE AND HYPERTENSION. MEANWHILE, I'M NORMALLY IN ULTRA GOOD SHAPE, RUN A MILE IN UNDER 6 MINS, BENCH 300, ETC. BUT, AFTER STOPPING TO DRINK COKE 18 MOS AGO AND AMOST ALL SORES CLEARED UP, THEN, BEGAN DRINKING IN MAY AND SORES RE-SURFACED. PRETTY TERRIBLE, MOSTLY BETWEEN KNEES AND FEET, WITH SWELLING. SO, DR. B WON'T LOOK AT PICTURES NOR CONSIDER THE POSSIBILITY THAT IT WAS FROM COKE, INSISTED THAT IT WAS FROM OLD AGE SETTING IN AND THAT I SHOULD TAKE BLOOD THINNER, WEAR ORTHOPEDIC SOCKS, ETC, EVERYTHING SHORT OF A WHEELCHAIR. 1ST YOU TALK TO AN ASSISTANT, THEN, DR WHIPS IN MAKES A COUPLE OBSERVATIONS, OF COURSE, USING LATIN TERMINOLOGY THAT YOU'RE NOT - NOT - NOT SUPPOSED TO UNDERSTAND, THEN TELLS ME I'M GETTING OLD AND CONFINED TO HYPERTENSION, HI BLOOD PRESSURE, SWOLLEN FEET AND ANKLES, AND SUGGESTS AND INSISTS THAT I NEED TO BE PUT ON BLOOD THINNER AND, BASICALLY, IT'S JUST A MATTER OF TIME AND EVEN MY SUGGESTION THAT I WOULD CURTAIL MY MOST RECENT DIETARY STRAYS AND GET BACK TO WORKING OUT, (RUNING A MILE OR 2 PER WEEK, RIDING MY BIKE 20-100 MILES PER WEEK, AMONGST OTHER) WON'T WORK, AND, . . . MEANWHILE, I KNOW MY LEGS WERE IN PERFECT CONDITION PRIOR TO DRINKING COKE IN MAY AND STOPPING IN 7/30, AND, SINCE HAVE BEEN IN HEALING MODE NOT IN NORMAL MODE. THIS DR FAILED TO LISTEN TO HIS PATIENT OR EVEN OBSERVE MY PICTURES TO GET AN IDEA WHAT I WAS DEALING WITH. IT SEEMED ALL HE WAS CONCERNED WITH WAS PRESCRIBING HIS HI-BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE IN THE LEAST AMOUNT OF HIS TIME AND OFF TO THE NEXT PATIENT. I WOULD STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR AND SEEK SOMEONE THAT GIVES CONSIDERATION TO HIS PATIENTS NEEDS AND SITUATION. THE WHOLE OFFICE IS SETUP AND RUN LIKE A DRUG CONVEYOR BELT. I don’t know about the treatment effectiveness as of yet since I just saw the doctor not too long ago. I just felt that the office staff wasn’t the friendliest and that the doctor was rushing me and instead of listening to me and answering my questions was trying to get out of the room after each question. He probably spend less than 10 minutes with me.

I had an appointment at 3pm, and was not seen until 4pm. I was called to go back into the room, I sat on the patient chair and the nurse started reviewing my paperwork, and also asked me about the purpose of my visit. Dr. Bernstein walked in roughly 5 minutes later, and started to take a look at my skin. He then told me a story about one of his patients, an Indian woman, was treated by him because of her "CLASS". I was not treated, nor treated well here. I will never go back to this doctor.

The office staff is very friendly and pleasant, as is Dr. Bernstein. Refilling prescriptions is very simple. However, during the last few visits, the doctor seemed in a hurry and recommended medication without going over possible environmental triggers that could be avoided and lifestyle changes that could be used in lieu of or in conjunction with the medication.

He is a wonderful doctor has helped me more than any other

This doctor is very good and helpful but he is not punctual at all. I could be waiting for an hour or more to see him after my appointment time.
