Dr Kausik is very thorough and takes his time. I'm always pleased with my treatment. The office staff is friendly and the offices are clean.

Dr Zijl was an awesome dr. He took very good care of me The office staff was always very polite and helpful, and I would recommend Chesapeake Urology to anyone that is having urology issues.

Absolutely terrible trying to schedule an appointment, or speak to anyone in the office. The automated line is not effective, and you can't contact the office directly.

Absolute nightmare scheduling an appointment!! Was unable to get anywhere with the individual I was connected with to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, this practice is outsourcing their call center to another country...and let me tell you...complete disaster trying to schedule an appointment! I will find someone else.

Can only make appt through call center which is NOT HIPPA safe since I can hear all the other conversations. Can not get appointment on line sine Dr not on list. Bad situation

I had a horrible experience with another urologist who put me through several procedures that ended up not being necessary. I went to Dr. Sankar Kausik at Chesapeake Urology for a second opinion and he got me in immediately. He kept apologizing for everything I had gone through with the previous urologist who has no affiliation with Chesapeake Urology whatsoever. Dr. Kausik was professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I just wish I would have gone to Chesapeake Urology and Dr. Kausik first before going through the Hell the previous urologist put me through. He fit me in his busy schedule the very next day to remove a ureter stint that was never needed in the first place. I highly recommend Chesapeake Urology and especially Dr. Kausik!
