Dr. Arrison was punctual, friendly and helpful. He addressed every one of concerns to my satisfaction and listened to everything I had to say. I feel much better about my conditions after visiting with him. He is one of the most helpful doctors I have ever been with in my 73 years. The staff is beyond anything I can say. They are excellent at their jobs, making future appointments and were attentive to my comfort during the procedures I had to do. I highly recommend this office.

I met Dr. Arrison at Chesapeake Urology shortly after being released from the Hospital for a medical problem with my Kidney. Dr. Arrison provided me with a detailed, understandable explanation of what the issue was and immediately scheduled testing and a follow-up procedure. After several weeks it was decided that surgery would be my best option to permanently repair a structural defect that was discovered. While waiting for the surgery Dr. Arrison discussed a contingency plan should the issue arise again just before my daughter’s wedding. Dr. Arrison, and all the nurses and staff at Chesapeake Urology were very personable and reassuring.

The business operations are a mess. Make sure to check your bill, they billed me and my insurance company and kept both until I called months later.

I have tried many time to get a appointment even after being a patient there for some time one year i called I was told because I missed a appointment that I would have to wait a year before being seen so I waited when i called again I was told that I have to pay $500.00 up front and the amount of the deductible will be taken out this has not happen to me before when i was a patient now maybe i missed or was late on a payment but i feel like i am being single out now the reason I am writing this review is now I need to be seen again but do not want to have another excuse given to me and I miss coming there because when I was a patient there Dr Daniels is a great doctor and someone who listen and explain things very well . This review should have been written

DrArrison is a great doctor explains everything in detail and makes sure you understand your magical needs great staff very friendly and courteous I would recommend them to anyone one who has medical issues

WAITED FOR 1 HOUR FOR NOTHING. THEY NEEDED A REFERRAL, MY DOCTOR TOLD ME THEY FAXED OVER A REFERRAL 4 DAYS AGO. THEY COULDNT FIND IT AND I COULDNT BEEN SEEN BECAUSE OF IT. THEY EVEN SPOKE TO MY DOCTOR AND I STILL COULDNT BEE SEEN. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN, EVER!
