Dr J is absolutely amazing. I am 5 weeks post op and completely flabogasted with my results already. From day one He maintained a kind caring demeanor with superb bedside mannerisms! Beyond being super pleased with the outcome of my surgery i am overjoyed to with his patient care which was grounded in a patient centered ideology accompanied by a rapid readiness to answer my million and one questions ( driven by anxiety)! Thank you Dr J thumbs up to you and your entire team!! Call him you will not have better results with icing on the cake a good patient oriented experience

I wanted to give an updated review since I recently had my BBL with Dr. Horowitz in 3/23. In regards to bedside manner, he is so nice, and very knowledgeable. I was at ease as soon as he walked into the surgical room to speak with me and mark me up. He was honest, and said that I would need a tummy tuck as well (which I will be getting with him). But, so encouraging and I felt like I was in great hands. He’s attentive and listens to patients. I love my results so far, however I’m swollen and only time will tell. I’ll give an updated review in 3 months time of my results. I would suggest anyone that is scheduling with Dr. Horowitz to be patient, the location is brand new and there is a bit of a disconnect with the head Mia office in Miami that does the scheduling. However, I can’t say enough good things and how customer oriented the staff were at the Baltimore location. I hope this helps the next person! I totally recommend Dr. Horowitz for your plastic surgery needs!

From the moment I was greeted by the friendly staff and speaking with Dr. Horowitz, I felt comfortable and completely at ease. He listened to me and answered my questions and never made me feel rushed. After my surgery he was on call whenever I needed him. I felt I was in good hands. The abdominoblasty was done perfectly and I'm very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Horowitz is truly a blessing. He's patient, caring, honest, meticulous, easy to talk to but most of all, phenomenal at his craft. Not only is he awesome but his staff is as well. I can't express how thrilled and happy I am with the results of my surgery.  I had been contemplating plastic surgery for a year and consulted with several other offices, however they were impersonal and I always left feeling unsure if plastic surgery was the right choice.  After meeting with Dr. Horowitz and his staff I no longer had any doubts and I knew I would be in excellent hands.  Dr. Horowitz answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns and took his time explaining the procedures, expectations and possible complications of the surgery.  He has a very comforting, easy going, down to earth bedside manner that puts you at ease, making it easier to ask those uncomfortable questions. The office staff are wonderful!  Professional and welcoming from the 1st phone call to the last appointment.  The office manager Michelle is readily available to help you on this journey and encourages you to call/text/email at any time.  A few weeks prior to surgery there was a slight hiccup (on my end) and I had to email Michelle in a panic.  She got back to me right away with several different options, and continued to follow up with me offering assistance and support. The hiccups didn't stop and two days post op I had a "cat jumped on my stomach and blew some of my stitches" incident.  Dr. Horowitz met me back in his office Sunday afternoon to assess the damage and provide wound care himself.  Dr. Horowitz closely monitored this area and continued to provide wound care until it was completely healed. That was not the last time I had to contact him during off hours.  Sunday the 4th of July I sent him a text around 9pm and within minutes he called me back.  I was in his office the next day at 830am.  I apologized profusely for pulling him away from his holiday but Dr. Horowitz once again put me at ease.  He genuinely cares and wants the best possible outcome for his patients. His work is meticulous and exquisite, showing his passion for the profession.  He is extremely knowledgeable and his extensive background in medicine and art makes him a cut above the rest.  Several times he told me "I have a special technique for that, so we don't have to worry about that complication".  I am 2.5 months post op and I LOVE my results!  Without hesitation I highly recommend Dr. Horowitz and his staff!  I can't imagine going anywhere else for my cosmetic needs.

Dr.J is one of the greatest surgeons around hands down! I just completed my second mommy makeover after having another child, gaining a lot of weight, struggling to lose the weight, and finally getting control over my health and lost the weight. I kept the weight off for 2 years so I figured now was my time. I am BEYOND THRILLED with my results and I am only 1 week post op. Dr.J did my initial mommy makeover 10 years ago and there is a reason I went back to him. Dr.J is very honest and very caring! He is extremely professional and has an amazing bedside manner! Michele is simply amazing and has been by my side through every step of this journey. I am so happy I found such an amazing surgeon and team! I cannot express how thankful I am for all Dr.J, michele, and his staff have done for me! They gave me back self confidence and I am eternally grateful for this!
