Absolute nightmare scheduling an appointment!! Was unable to get anywhere with the individual I was connected with to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, this practice is outsourcing their call center to another country...and let me tell you...complete disaster trying to schedule an appointment! I will find someone else.

Can only make appt through call center which is NOT HIPPA safe since I can hear all the other conversations. Can not get appointment on line sine Dr not on list. Bad situation

I had a horrible experience with another urologist who put me through several procedures that ended up not being necessary. I went to Dr. Sankar Kausik at Chesapeake Urology for a second opinion and he got me in immediately. He kept apologizing for everything I had gone through with the previous urologist who has no affiliation with Chesapeake Urology whatsoever. Dr. Kausik was professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I just wish I would have gone to Chesapeake Urology and Dr. Kausik first before going through the Hell the previous urologist put me through. He fit me in his busy schedule the very next day to remove a ureter stint that was never needed in the first place. I highly recommend Chesapeake Urology and especially Dr. Kausik!

My experience with Chesapeake Urology has always been a positive experience. All the employees have always been polite, friendly and helpful. Dr. Daniel Arrison is true professional, pleasant and took care of my problems. The only negative I have is the parking area. At times it is hard to find a parking spot due to other establishments share the same parking area. Other than that, I highly recommend using Chesapeake Urology.

We were very impressed with the entire experience of my visit to the Bel-Air Chesapeake urology office. We pulled in and checked in on our phone and told to come in. All of the staff were very professional and the office was very clean and comfortable. After filling out a few updates on their small laptop check in, we were called in to my appointment within 7 minutes. The tech was very professional doing her job and I was shown to my doctor's office. Dr. Laura Mcgarry, I was very comfortable with her and everything and every way l was examined. I had to have a Foley catheter removed that was causing some discomfort after a recent hospitalization and she performed it without any pain. I will return in two weeks. I would highly recommend her and the office to anyone who needs to have any urology needs.
