Got a prescription from the doctor for my ear. Used it for about a eeek and my ear was not getting better. Stopped by Dr Day’s office to ask if I could get a different prescription, and I was told that she would call me that evening. Never heard from her again. So you can see what kind of doctor you don’t want to go to. Don’t waste your time waiting for an appointment. Find someone else.

Very poor scheduling. I was there for 4 hrs waiting in rooms and for testing. There was a mixup in their scheduling and I received the brunt of it. This happened a while ago and I never thought to put out a review. I was told to arrive at 1215 and I left at 4. I was told they were short staffed but there were people standing around. This was a scheduled testing that was planned and scheduled in advance. Afterwards I was given an order for an MRI and never heard anything. When I called about it I was told it was my responsibility to call for results. Ok Whoever answered said she looked at the report along with another person and it looked fine. Gee I’m glad it wasn’t serious! Never heard from the doctor. I was told I didn’t need an appt. Needless to say they didn’t fix the issue. Nothing like waiting for weeks to see a doctor, sitting there for 4 hours and getting no results. Not to mention I traveled to 2 different offices. I’m done going there

My daughter had waited for months to get an appointment with us office! Unfortunately there was a traffic issue the day that she was to be seen Dash – and she was a couple of minutes late getting to the office. Just to find out that she was supposed to be in a different office of theirs! They refused – – absolutely refused – – to see her. Another appointment was set. So days of work were taken off again!! My daughter pays the price for all of this! Would not – I repeat – would not recommend this office to anyone for any reason under any circumstances whatsoever!

I have seen Dr. Day several times and have been very happy with treatment, results, and overall interactions. She's caring, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

I take my son to get his wax removed from his ears every 6 months she is so gentle with him and and explains everything that she's about to do in his ears to make him feel comfortable he is Down syndrome and he just loves her the way she treats him and respect him as a human being she's a wonderful doctor to all the patients

Dr. Day is awesome!!! She's the best i've ever had. She has the best attitude and takes the time to explain everything really well. I just wish she could be my primary so i could see her more often!! Highly recommend her!

After suffering with poor balance and vertigo for 4 years, I went to Dr. Day and she discovered I have a tumor in my inner ear. She recommended follow up with a nuerologis at University of Maryland. I am hoping they can fix it, but she was the first after many complaints to different doctors what the problem is.. She explained thoroughly what exactly I have. Thank you Dr. Day,

First of all the entire office staff should be fired. Every time you call one of two things will happen, either no one will answer or you will get “North Bay ENT please hold.” I’ve been on hold numerous times over 15 minutes. I’ve yet to talk to someone the first time I’ve called. To get an appointment it takes about 3 months wait time for a follow up, I can only imagine how long it would take for a new patient. Now on to the Dr. I’ve seen Dr. Day three times. Two of those times I’ve had tests ordered, CT scans etc. One time the person doing the CT said the test she ordered didn’t exist. I was told I would be called with the results. No one has ever called. I’ve had to get my results from my primary care Dr. Since I have been diagnosed with Tinnitus she has basically said “sorry nothing we can do” without telling me what kind of Tinnitus I have, subjective or objective. Didn’t recommend any relief or help at all. How she is rated a “Top Doc” is a bewilderment to me.

Get appointments with a physician but only see nurses

After waiting a month for an appointment, two days before the appointment, she told my wife that she was the wrong kind of doctor to do the job. Should have told her that a month ago. Also, the surgical team at UM Medical Center says ENT is the correct kind of Dr.
