Medstar Health: Physical Therapy At Bel Air Athletic Club's Online Review Report Card

This place is great!! The staff is AMAZING, friendly and they do a fantastic job with their patients.. They did such a great job with my 7 year old son.. I would 100%, definitely recommend this place to others!!

From the day I started working with Amy at medstar PT I have felt confident in my care. Amy has been extraordinary! She is very aware during the entire session and makes necessary adjustments to make sure I’m comfortable and getting the best possible therapy and care. I’m extremely grateful for all the work she has put in to get me as far as I have gotten. Zoe has also been amazing, she is always such a positive light in a sometimes hard place and I’m so appreciative for everything she has done to assist Amy in my care.

Jim is a phenomenal physical therapist! No matter how many patients are in the room he still makes it feel like a personal experience, and that he is genuinely dedicated to meet your goals. He has been extremely helpful and informative and has solid answers to your questions about your recovery. On the occasions that I work with Matt instead of Jim he does a great job, and makes you feel like he genuinely cares about your recovery. Zoe has a wonderful energy and a kind heart, she has been very helpful and attentive to all the physical therapists needs.

Amazing staff, helpful and accommodating. Steve is exceptional. He knows his job and does it well. I have severe neck tension and each time I go I leave feeling so much better for longer periods of time.

Amy Klumpp is absolutely the BEST Physical Therapist! She has helped me through recovery of 3 joint replacements (1 hip and 2 knees), and I hope to have her help me through my most recent hip replacement. Amy is patient, and has never caused me undue pain, yet challenged me to push myself to improve. I credit her for getting me back to normal as quickly as possible. If you are looking for a great Physical Therapist, ask for Amy!

I have recently just finished 3mos at this facility. I need to take a moment here to acknowledge my physical therapist, Amy Klumpp!! I have been to 4 facilities in 6yrs and have not come across a therapist like Amy who displays professionalism and is so pleasant, asks lots of questions each visit and then develops a plan and changes it up along the way to get the best results we both were looking for. I had hip repair surgery.... though progress seemed slow at first (to me) Amy assured me we will get there.... we had to make multiple changes along the way and yes, we got there!! Amy is always quick thinking and once the tweaks were made to the routine then all fell into place.... just like that and the way she said it would. I started this journey not so great.... but because of a 15-star physical therapist Amy.... the ending was great!!! I hope MedStar recognizes what an "ASSET" Amy Klumpp is to them. Amy is the full package! Tony and Olivia were great to assist Amy on some of my visits. these two were eager to pitch in and added some laughs.... couldn't ask for much more. The facility was clean, and Covid protocols followed. All staff very welcoming on every visit not just to me but to all. Highly recommend Physical Therapist Amy Klumpp. Thanks Amy...see you in January for the next round.

I have been treated at MedStar Physical Therapy twice! Both for severe pain of my neck and migraines and arthritis, 3 years apart! I don’t know what I would have done without Steve and his crew! They are extremely caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable of their profession! They have many tricks up their sleeves, if one isn’t helping, there are combinations of treatments! I feel so relaxed when I leave. Physical Therapy isn’t a “Spa Day”! It takes dedication and work! However the end result is LITTLE OR NO PAIN, MOVEMENT AND GETTING MY LIFE BACK! I Highly Recommend Med Star Physical Therapy, Steve and his Crew, at the Bel Air Athletic Club!

Steve Luca and the entire staff at this location are the best. Without them our son who is a RHP would not be where he is today. We are very grateful. The staff is friendly, caring and very good at what they do. Highly recommend.

I was so hesitant to start physical therapy at this time. However, the minute I walked into MedStar Health at the Bel Air Athletic Club, I immediately started to relax. The facility is so clean and peaceful! The staff is just great, kind, funny and absolutely skilled!! I felt better after my first visit and actually looks forward to each visit each week.
