The doctor I had was very professional & intelligent she really made me feel comfortable!! I never received any feedback on my lab results though medstar needs to work on fixing that automated call back line they have for the lab results!!

Don't waste a trip to this urgent care. While it is clean and full of kind people, they will just send you to the ER, rather than treat you.

Visited for an ear infection. Quality care, although in the end you spend over an hour checking in, waiting to be seen through two rooms, so the doctor can take less than 30 seconds to look in your ear, tell you its an infection and prescribe anti-biotics which you already knew. I know that is par for the course anywhere but it is still frustrating. All staff were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr knight was wonderful, caring and efficient. Even with a scheduled appointment at 10:40 I didn’t get seen until after 1:00. Overall the care given by staff once taken back out weighed the wait time. Reception staff was not pleasant though.

I entered MedStar thinking I was having a heart attack, and all the receptions could focus on was you need to have a mask sir,. I understand it's safe to have one on in a medical facility but that was more of a concern than my health issue. Everything beyond that was excellent.

Matt Kight is the absolute best!!! He takes his time and treats you with professionalism, compassion, is very though and gets to know you as a patient. Highly recommend him. I have seen him multiple times when I have come to urgent care when I can't get in with my pcp and every experience I have had with him I have had no complaints.
