Every time I come here I’m waiting more than a hour to be seen , they don’t go in order by appointment times because people that come In after me be seen before me ! I really hate coming here !
Love my doctor keisha Robinson she is very patient and listen to what I have to say and is vert good at giving information on things I don’t understand and all the nurses I’ve had are supper nice but I will say I always show up ten min early and they do take a while for me to get back there Update 6/14 I went for a normal routine check up and to get my depo shot and they making me wait 15 minutes because someone else had allergic reaction which I am all for but maybe next time tell the person that we’re gonna have to wait 15 minutes after and some people do not have time to be waiting 15 minutes they have work or other things that need to be done it’s really ridiculous also considering I’ve been taking it for 7 years now
I have had a positive experience each an every time I have come here. The staff at the front desk as well as the nurses and doctors have all been extremely kind and welcoming. Dr. Adewumi is very nice and professional, I recommend her greatly. I have also had great experiences with Keisha Robinson and Karen Plaisir.
I've been going here for several years now. My doctor is kind, professional, and attentive. The front desk staff isn't the best but the medical staff is excellent.
Okay so I just got my blood drawn today and out of the 10 years I have been coming here today , I can’t remember the girls name at my OBGYN but the student that was working with Dr.Middleton was great and the lady whom took me back was great. & MARTIN ! Who works in Labcorp downstairs you rocked it today ! & you made me feel like I wasn’t another number & as a phlebotomist to phlebotomist you had the best hospitality!
To summarize this long review - they misdiagnosed me with both a phantom pregnancy & blighted ovum (2 different diagnosis’ but the common factor of not having an existing fetus/fetal pole. Basically, an empty sac.), and tried to schedule me to force my body into a miscarriage “since it wasn’t happening in its own”. Got a 2nd opinion elsewhere and there was in fact a baby in me. They could have prematurely killed my baby over their negligence. I’ll include the details though, because they were also incredibly rude and difficult to contact. I would rate it in the negatives if I could. It was the most TRAUMATIC experience of my life, and made my pregnancy experience full of unwarranted fear. •Lets start with the MAJOR issue. They MISSED MY ENTIRE BABY ON MY ULTRASOUND! I was 6 weeks along. They did an internal ultrasound. The tech didn’t bother looking around inside. Said she didn’t see fetal pole. Instead of giving it time, they immediately told me I was having a phantom pregnancy (side note: medically speaking, that didn’t even make sense!). They immediately scheduled me to come in to schedule a d&c. I am SO glad I had the gut feeling and got a second opinion elsewhere, because my baby was indeed in there!!!! •Communication is TERRIBLE. It’s beyond ridiculous to try to speak to a nurse. The registration wants to try and fix everything for you (when they are not OB specific, and they can’t access my chart). •Worst bed side hospitality ever. After the “phantom pregnancy” diagnosis, I was just rushed out of the office to sit in a public waiting room for an HOUR. Trying to contain my emotions while in public was the worst. They did my blood work, giving it 48 hours to double. Well, the next day I had to call consistently throughout the day only to be brushed off. That’s when the Dundalk office called me. The nurse there was SO insensitive. My numbers ALMOST doubled, but didn’t exactly double. So, now I’m being told I have a blighted ovum (totally separate from phantom pregnancy). The nurse was so rude and insensitive as I asked questions to understand the diagnosis. I was even told “don’t worry about it. It’s normal” (as if that helps my grief). And I was told I can just “have another one”. That is NOT something you say to someone who you said is miscarrying. I still cannot believe the utter disgrace of care and the total negligence that Medstar provided. I will NEVER be returning and I most definitely will be escalating this situation in whatever means necessary.
Unfortunately we have state insurance and not most people take that so you're limited to who you can see it was my daughter's first time seeing a GYN and she is 16 we had hoped to have a good experience and this turned out to be one of the worst experiences they're just collecting money and could care less about their patients
I love Dr. Middleton!, she always makes me feel very comfortable and listens to me. Im always in and out of the office in about an hour.
I am very disappointed with my overall care. Only a few of the doctors really listen to my concerns while the others didn’t not take the time to listen. There answer for everything is to go to the hospital to be evaluated instead of listening to what is really happening and with Covid going on that should not always be their answer. The wait time to see the doctors is always long. For my next pregnancy I will not be going to their practice and would not recommend to anyone I know.
Everyone at this office is absolutely amazing. From the front desk staff, all the medical assistants and sonographers. Dr. Gattuso and Dr. Middleton have made this second pregnancy such a positive experience for me — especially during a pandemic. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for Obstetrics or Gynecology!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
