I requested a Covid & Flu test due to symptoms at the Bel Air Urgent Care facility. I was given the Covid test, however, instead of the Flu test, I was tested for HERPES. ??? After days without improvement, I went to another Urgent Care facility, followed by a visit to the ER. I had the Flu, which developed into a sinus infection & double ear infection & bronchitis. Had the Flu test been completed at my 1st appointment, I would have been a candidate for Tamiflu, decreasing the chances of the subsequent chain of events.

Dr Gattuso is the most amazing doctor in the WORLD. A literal ANGEL of a person. Nurse Stacy in the OB dept= also an angel!! Sonographer (OB) Angela is also amazing!!!

Scheduled by a MedStar employee for my COVID shot at 3:40PM today only to find out that the left hand didn’t have any record of what the right hand did in scheduling me. I called the scheduling person to get an apology but shows that the appointment was scheduled. Doctors are fantastic but the administrative staff is poor.
