Not only an excellent surgeon but a bedside manner to match. While visiting ocean City MD, broke both my legs. I was so scared and God put this wonderful Dr. In my path. His compassion calmed me right down and I knew I was in good hands.

I had a 9am appt to see Dr. Farrell and arrived at 8:30 because I was a new patient and understood I needed to complete paperwork. I waited until 9:30 before asking the front desk what was causing the delay. She said the doctor was running behind. I inquired again at 9:45 and the same front desk person said he had a surgery that morning and was running behind and there were 4 people ahead of me. Four people ahead of me and he had only 2 appts before scheduled before mine. Had I waited, I would still be there. Poor, poor customer service and lack of communication was not a good look for this practice. I left and will never go back.

I found Dr. Farrell to be sympathetic, friendly, caring and professional. I went to him for knee pain. He ordered x-rays and then diagnosed severe arthritis. He gave me an order for physical therapy and a prescription for pain relief. His staff is also polite and efficient. I did not wait long for my appointment. The staff was careful about wearing masks and gloves, with 6-foot distancing in the waiting room. I have seen Dr. Farrell several times and recommend him.

Unable to find simple issue with MRI, found immediately overseas. Offered absolutely 0 opinions or insight on a fairly obvious problem that is now being treated by general practitioners overseas.

Insensitive and very arrogant. If you're overweight, DO NOT visit this office, your self esteem will suffer because of it.

Dr. Farrell has become one of the most insensitive Doctor ever. Injured at work and as a former patient, I went on hoping to get a 2nd opinion on an MRI. He made this visit more about me being obese and implying that is the reason for all of my issues. He did not take into consideration a fall on my back on concrete pavement had nothing to do with it. Such a waste of time. I left offended with no information pertaining to my injury and noted on my paperwork an incorrect symptom.
