Front desk has a major attitude problem. They don't know how to speak to their clients. I called to cancel an appointment and their message service says they close at 5pm. I called prior to 5pm. But before I could get any of that out. She cut me off and said "we close at 4:30, not 5". It was the tone she had with me during the entire phone call and this wasn't the first time one of their front desk was like this either. I won't be rescheduling to go back there. Time to look for new orthopedic. Dr. Pascucci is a decent orthopedic. However, I'm sure they see and hear how clients are treated up front so that's not okay with me. Coach your team to have respect for others.

Dr.pascucci is an excellent orthopedic doctor i highly recommended Dr.pascucci 🥇 I wish i can say the same for the front desk they are always so rude on!!!!

Dr Pascucci was great - he explained my knee injury & treated according. He also was wonderful explaining the next steps to treat injury. I highly recommend this young man - great guy!!

Dr. Pascucci is an excellent orthodox. He explains things to you. He also takes a much time as needed. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Pascucci is an excellent orthopedic doctor he knows exactly what he's doing, he explains everything to you so you can understand it & he's an all around good guy & I would recommend him to everyone!!!!

Dr. Pascucci treats me with respect and kindness. He is informative, courteous, and knowledgeable. He makes sure you’re comfortable before and during and procedure. He’s very busy but always takes time to answer any questions.
