Surgery seems to gave gone fine, but still kn recovery. Post-operatively, discovered an issue with denial for pre-admission testing and reached out to the office for assistance in preparing an appeal for the denial which occurred because the ICF-10 coding used was inadequate. Office staff are very unknowledgable about coding, and I must say, not onclined to be helpful. As one who participated in Medical Billing for years, this.lack of knowledge and patient concern is disheartening. My entire professional career was in health card and it is disappointing to see how patient care has suffered. Based on Dr. Gannon's office staff, I could not in good conscience make a recommendation to this practice.
