Gordana Peric-Stepcic's Online Review Report Card

Receptionist is terrible. Slamming the phone down on anyone is so immature, and showed just how unqualified this lady was to be in the position she is in. As the first point of contact for any business this person needs to be intellectually equipped to do the job, and have at least some measure of poise, class and professionalism. Sadly not. Others have complained about the staff here in their reviews. I now know why. I will not be calling again until this lady is employed in a more suitable role.

Dr. Stepcic is a fantastic neurologist. She’s very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Gordana Stepcic is a wonderful doctor..she's easy to talk to, thorough, explains every thing carefully, answers every question, and does not rush. She's a sweet and wonderful lady as well!! She has been my Neurologist for six years.

Haven't seen her, appointment to get results rescheduled causing me to lose time from work, next one waited 40 mins past appointment time to be told it's normal for her to run forty mins behind, had to reschedule, these were to get results from important test, unable to get another one for two months to be told she starts out 15 20 behind for her first appointment of the day, she needs time management scheduling classes, hope it's nothing serious, cause I won't find d out for months now

I recently took my mother to Dr Stepcic. We were looking for a new neurologist after our displeasure with her treatment with her previous doctor. Her office got us in within a week. She was so kind and compassionate. She took the time to listen to our concerns and spent a lot of time with us. She was very thorough and sincerely was interested in helping my mother get better. Later after I left the office, I called back with a question I had forgotten to ask. She personally called me back.

I saw Dr. Stepic is an amazing Doctor. She is incredibly patient, compassionate and by far takes more time with you than any other Doctor I have seen. She carefully explains everything to you and makes sure you are getting the very best treatment. I feel so fortunate to have been her patient.

In all my years I don't remember a physician as kind, as thorough, as gentle, as welling to explain everything as Dr. Stepcic. She put me at ease immediately and explained everything thoroughly. I am a retired nurse and worked many many physicians and observed how they worked with patients. DR. STEPCIC is by far one of the best.
