Very personable, easy to talk with, gets to the point and explains what’s happening and gives all options available. Does not wast time typing during your whole time in office. If you don’t love this Doc , there is something else wrong with you🤗🤗. I’m over 70 FYI.

My mother was referred to Dr. Smith for a hip surgery at the end of June. She checked in 4 times with his office and was told that her consult was coming soon, was asked to confirm the procedure information and now on Aug 24th, 2 month later, received a call from the referring Dr. that Dr. Smith was not taking on new patients. This is unethical and unprofessional that his office can operate in such a way to take 2 months to inform a patient! Don't hold confidence in this Dr. if you are waiting to be seen.

Dr. Jason Smith performed the hip replacement for my 90-year old grandma recently, and my grandma has been walking and moving around very well since the surgery. Before the surgery, he and his team staff took time to explain the operations/procedures clearly. It was very nice and warm of him to stop by and provide updates right after the surgery. Dr. Jason Smith also did the follow-up appointment to ensure things are going well for my grandma during the recovery phase. Our family are super thankful for Dr. Jason Smith helping my grandma walk and move freely again.

After having my MRI done I was referred to Dr Smith. He did my surgery on my torn miniscus on my right knee and now I’m totally healed and pain free. 10 outta 10.

Regarding Dr. Smith, DO. I am writing to express seriously disappointing care/attention given to my friend today by Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith's attitude and degrading and demoralizing remarks pertaining to his age (my friend is in his 80's) as well as his health care were lacking in professionalism to say the least.
