Having never visited this office I was not apprehensive but curious as to what the atmosphere would be as a new patient. The front staff were fantastic. My first interaction with Barbara set the tone for my visit. I was completely set at ease. I was seen by Emily Laustsen on this first visit. Ms Laustsen was friendly, professional, informative and concerned about the reason for my visit. I would recommend this office staff & physicians to anyone.

This place sucks! For months I have called ( well me and my daughter) for an appointment. Now again I have called and left messages to make an appointment and I get NO call backs!! This is so frustrating when they don’t return phone calls and can’t answer the phones. Now today the website says open till 4:30 but the office is closed! I can’t stand the run around!! I need a new place!!!!!!!

Dr. Kemp is knowledgeable, empathetic, and kind. He is by far the best neurologist I have ever used. I have a very unusual disease, and I have been to several doctors who have known nothing about my condition.

I have been seeing Dr. Kemp since 2008. He is very thorough and kind. He listens, answers your questions and gives explanations for whatever you don't understand. His staff is also very personable and professional at all times.
