I have always had positive experiences with Dr. Klepper and his staff. I have never seen anything unprofessional. I would highly recommend him. In fact I need to make an appt. soon.

Had Dr. Klepper for a colonoscopy. Not a complicated event but it was seemless.

Receptionists are unfortunately extremely unprofessional. The office is unresponsive. We’ve been calling every other day for nearly two weeks to coordinate an appointment and they have not been cooperating with us what so ever. Needless to say, we have a pitched doctors.

In August 2017, I had a follow-up visit with Dr. Lee Klepper, even though I wasn't seen until several minutes after my appointment time, Dr. Klepper was very thorough with the explanation of my examination. He also suggested the things I need to do to stay healthy. During my visit, I asked Dr. Klepper to review a M.R.I. and a xray for a liver problem. He agreed happily and had the scans forwarded to his office. He personally called me, not an assistant, with his diagnosis. Also, my primary care physician had retired, so I didn't have a p.c.p., his office immediately began making phone calls to several physicians, in my area, that were accepting patients. Dr. Lee Klepper and the personnel in his office went above and beyond!

Being young and diagnosed with Crohn's Disease not knowing anything about it the hospital referred me to Dr. Klepper. He took no time in helping me understand my disease and even less time with my symptoms, always just handing me a sheet with the BRAT diet. After trying to acquire health insurance he and his office refused to cooperate in giving me or the insurance company the proper information to move forward. He never addressed my questions or treatment options after prescribing me medicine that was not working or treating me. Every 3 months I seemed to be getting flare ups that were leaving me bed ridden for weeks at a time. Only after switching to a new GI was I able to get better care a treatments that have kept me healthy. To be completely honest had I have known better at the time I would have taken him to court and sued for malpractice and the refusal of the information I needed for insurance. Unfortunately it has been too long and all I can say now is do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I had a 9:30 appointment with Dr. Klepper on 3-14-2017. I had the office mail the forms to my home a week prior so I did not have to fill multiple forms in the office. I arrived 15 minutes prior for my appointment and the receptionist stated I did not have an appointment. I was upset and drove home (35 minutes) to find I was correct about the time and date. This office is very incompetent which leads to believe the same with the care. Good luck with this practice. Beebe Hospital is somewhat further but it is worth the time to avoid the incompetence .

Always knowledgeable and compassionate, very thorough.

I can definately say that between dr. klepper, Dr. Gillespie & my husband SAVED my life!!! Dr. Klepper really cares & shows his professionalism & interest in your case by not having a time limit per patient. He listens & he hears! Teisa Randel
