My hubby and I have been going to Dr. Nicastro for several years. He is an excellent Dr. with a caring personality and great bedside manner. He is very thorough, which as a kidney transplant patient, I am extremely happy about.

Dr. Nicastro and Dr. Machua are top notch physicians. I cannot say enough positive things about them as professionals. The office is always on time. I am giving them a 4 star because 99.9% of the time when you call you receive an answering machine. It is impossible to reach a person. You have to ALWAYS leave a message for a call back. It is annoying and lacks professionalism. I am considering changing practices due to the impersonal management of incoming calls.

I went through 3 Primary doctors trying to find one that fit me and listened to me. Then I found Dr. Nicastro and I knew he was the doctor for me. He listens to me and gives me choices. That is very important to me. He is kind and very knowledgeable.

I initially went to Dr. NiCastro for his location, but I stay and hopefully will never have to leave because he is a caring and very accurate physician who takes the time to get to know me and my symptoms and his treatments are always on target. His staff could not be nicer or more friendly and his hours usually allow me to get in with an appointment that usually can fit my schedule. I am grateful to Dr. Nicastro and appreciate his care.

Dr Necastro has seen me for various issues for more than 3 years and i, @64 years old, have never met a more compassionate man (doctors or otherwise). Very patient and concerned.Thorough and accurate in all of his treatment.
