Easy to locate office and access appointments. Fast service & hygiene sensitive office (low traffic, etc.). Very humble, knowledgeable, and accommodating physician. He cares about his patients and staff. He listens and addresses all concerns. I saw how he took care of my mother, I decided to make him my physician for ENT-related problems.Sometimes the clinic is hard to reach over the phone; you have to call and leave a voice message. They do return calls within 2-3 working days however.

Dr. Wong is excellent - scheduling and dealing with his slow as molasses staff in Oxon Hill is HORRIBLE. A great deal of headache just to get in and out to see him, very sad I can’t recommend anyone else do the same - it’s 2021, most staff have the basics covered efficiently, you should never feel that you might as well hop behind the desk and just do it yourself.

Great practice, Dr. Wong is knowledgable and professional and was able to clear up a very uncomfortable ear wax build up in just a few minutes. He explained what he was doing the whole time. The person at the front desk is lovely, kind and professional. Would definitely recommend Dr. Wong. Plenty of parking too.

Dr Wong is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor who demonstrates superior knowledge and takes the time needed to keep patients informed. He is a great doctor who makes me feel very fortunate to have found him . In facts his entire staff have gone the extra mile to take care of me!
