Very efficient and staff friendly. My doctor is exceptional. The parking at the Fernwood location can be tricky however but at least the office stamps the parking ticket for a discount.

I was lucky enough to have Jill as a therapist. I’m an athlete that got injured, which is the death knell to us. I went from unbearable levels of pain in my hand to zero within days. Her new nickname is magic fingers as far as I’m concerned. Outstanding operation.

For starters, this practice is run like a not so well-oiled factory. Consider yourself a faceless number. As for physicians, I saw Dr. Bieber. Simply put, it is time for Dr. Bieber to retire. His consultations and diagnoses have become thoughtlessly perfunctory. Go elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Stacey and I just had to leave a review (I left one for Shady Grove Ortho but they've rebranded I guess!). She was incredibly pleasant, professional, and kind right from the moment she answered the phone. Not only was she detailed in answering all my questions, but she also went above and beyond to find the perfect appointment time for me and address my concerns. I truly appreciated her excellent customer service and warmth—it's clear she takes pride in her work. First impressions mean a lot, and she made such a positive one.
