Andre Gazdag, MDOrtho Bethesda - Ankle & Foot SurgeryInitially, I was referred to Dr. Gazdag by Lonnie Davis, MD who is a Sports Medicine physician and one of the highly skilled doctors in the Ortho Bethesda Group practice. Dr. Davis is an excellent physician who my wife has utilized for about 10 years. He performed a successful knee surgery for my wife & also takesexcellent care of me.Fantastic physician.Meanwhile, on 12/16/2021, Dr. Gazdag performed surgery on my right toe and removed an annoying ganglion cyst. Prior to surgery, Dr. Gazdag educated me about my ganglion cyst and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Additionally, he clearly discussed all of my options and we both agreed that surgery was the best solution.The followup visits went well I would highly recommend Dr. Gazdag and the Ortho Bethesada team of physician for all of your orthopedic & Sports Medicine needs.Definitely 5 Star Service.Thank youRoger ThomasCertified Financial PlannerVP Financial Consultant

Really appreciate the care I received from Dr Gazdag and his team. He squeezed me in last minute at the end of his clinic day (another dr gave me a 3day wait- with a broken ankle), got me into surgery the next day, and did great job. Little pain, fast recovery. He and his staff are friendly, professional, sure they run clinic a little late but I personally benefitted with the generosity of their time. Would highly recommend this team.

As always, Dr. Gazdag was very responsive, provided explanations of what he was doing to address my problem, and was very professional and pleasant during my visit. I have been seeing Dr. Gazdag for a few years and I rank him as a "top doc" in my book. Making an appointment on line is a breeze and checking in/out very efficient. Great doc, great practice.

It seemed like as I didn't fit the middle-of-the-road, average, template-compatible presentation, I was going to struggle to get customized care for my calf strain. I'm not a surgical candidate, I'm not old and falling apart, didn't have an injury but I do a lot of sports. So, first he did some basic musculo-skeletal tests to rule out a fracture and a muscle tear. But as soon as he found out that I'm an endurance athlete and that I exercise 2+ hours a day, instead of him offering me something of support for this lifestyle, he said: "rest". "You have to rest." That's the last thing an endurance athlete wants to hear...
