Bart Radolinski's Online Review Report Card

My experience with Dr. Radolinski has always been positive. I’ve been his patient for about 10 years. He’s always been patient, provided good information and treatment plans. He remembered me and my medical history every time I came in. My only issue was that his office wouldn’t accommodate me for an appointment after i told them I was in the ER. They made me wait 3 months to see the doctor.

Scheduled an appointment with this doctor more than a month ago. Few days prior to the appointment got a call from his assistant that dr. Radolinski will recommend seeing a different doctor at different location and he will not accept me as a new patient. Basically he refused to accept a new patient that waited more than a month for an appointment.

It was the first time in my life the doctor sent me back without answering my questions with sincerity. The only reason for that was visiting him while being treated from another doc in the same network. Of course, I didn't visit him to get another treatment, but just to get a second opinion because I suddenly had a severe pain while being treated. He spent less than 5 mins and within that short period of time, he kept blaming me for why did I come to him. Well, if that's the case, why did he accept my appointment request in the beginning after all, huh? I cannot tell about his expertise because I didn't get anything, but at least I can definitely say that his attitude is the worst as a doctor.

Not recommended. Very disappointing experience. Less than 3 minute visit. I don't know why i had to pay him to stand his very bad attitude. The front desk asked me to fill out a survey of medication conditions, he didn't look at it at all even until the end of the short visit. He has no patience with the patient even after I made accommodation to their request to change my the schedule on the day of my visit.

I was having trouble urinating due to benign prostate swelling. Dr. Radolinski performed the UroLift procedure to pull back the prostate and increase the opening of the urethra. It was a low stress operation as surgical procedures go and my recovery went smoothly and quickly. I'm now urinating normally, which is to say as I did 20 years ago. I appreciated Dr. Radolinski's skill and professionalism throughout the process.

Dr Radolinski is a brilliant physician willing to take the time to share his vast knowledge and listen to his patients. He introduced me to the barely invasive UroLift procedure for my decades long BHP problem which medicines could not help and is now symptom free. His office and medical support staff are efficient and caring. I highly recommend this outstanding urologist. .

Simply the best. I will not go to anyone else in the DC area for my urological requirements. Dr. Radolinski is very knowledgeable of my needs and makes me quite comfortable conversing with him about those needs in the office environment. Unlike some of the other users, I have never had a problem with any of the office staff. They appear to me to be quite efficient in getting their job done and always do it in a pleasant manner.

I've seen Dr. Radolinski several times. Each time has been an outstanding experience. He's friendly, professional, and has never seemed rushed. He understands that each patient may have unique needs and is willing to listen.

The doctor is good, I have no complaints about the procedure he did. But the office and communications are terrible. Test results are never reported promptly. I have to call the office about a week after each test to check the results. Once they've lost the results and I had to call the lab and ask them to send a new copy to the doctor's office. They always forget to mail me test orders. Recently I waited 11 days for the order: I made two calls to request it and both times they told me the order was "just mailed" to me. Finally I had to come to the office myself to pick up the order. Once I called the office and an associate told me my test results were good. Then in a couple of weeks the doctor called me and said the results were completely wrong and I need yet another test (of cause, I had to request the new order two times as usual).
