My experience here was soured by 2 things. First, on the day I had the appointment, I was running a couple minutes late so I called ahead to check if I should reschedule, and the person over the phone confirmed that it was fine, I can still come in. Without ever mentioning it to me, I was charged around $60 late-show fee. And even at the end of the visit, when the receptionist read the list of charges before I paid, she omitted mentioning this charge. I felt deceived and taken advantage of. Second, I felt that the dentist was pressuring me into unnecessary procedures without a clear explanation. Once I saw the late fee (AFTER leaving because no one ever mentioned it to me at any point), that tipped me over the edge so I called to cancel the follow-up appt I had scheduled and never came back.

Dr. Vahid is the ultimate professional oral surgeon with a soft touch. I was very anxious before my procedure but I was done before I knew it. The staff were very friendly as well. I Definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately, this office is going through major transitions with dentists, which is leaving patients stranded. The office stopped my Invisalign treatment half way through and will not complete it. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE FOR INVISALIGN TREATMENT.
