I found Dr. Craig Miller to have a excellent bed side manner. My injury was my left shoulder after a fall on Ice. After the surgery I really hated Dr.Craig but as I healed he became my hero. I had some discomfort for about 3 weeks but no Pain. PT went very well and I can say I’m back to 99% with a need for some weight training.Thank You Dr. Craig.

Dr. Miller repaired my torn rotator cuff. I had consulted two other surgeons, both of whom I liked, before I saw Dr. Miller. The way he explained exactly what needed to be done to repair the rotator cuff as he showed me on the MRI gave me total confidence in him. His easy going, calm and friendly demeanor increased my confidence and lessened the anxiety I had as I headed into surgery. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the surgery and expect a complete recovery of my shoulder. All the people I spoke with that knew of Dr. Miller, told me that he is one of the best shoulder orthopedists in the DC area and I would definitely concur.

Things that did not happen: 1) We did not wait more than 5 minutes to be taken to the exam room, 2) We did not have to fill in lots of paperwork, everything was done on-line or via a tablet, 3) We did not have to wait for the x-ray technician, she showed up right after our check-in, 4) we did not have to wait for the doctor, he showed up within 5 minutes of returning to the room. The whole visit was efficient, and the staff, nurses and doctors were very kind and answered all our questions.
