The facility and staff are fine, although the Champlain Bldg's door is poorly marked, and you can walk almost all the way around the building to find a way in. Dr. Horwitz doesn't have a great bedside manner, and she interrupts patients while they're talking. She has no personal touch. I should find another doctor.

Dr. Horwitz is an excellent, physician but her office situation has totally deteriorated and is a total mess. Communication via the MedStar patient portal is impossible because of incompetent staff and the phones never work.
