I have been seeing Dr. Bieber since the early 2000's for trigger fingers and arthritis. I have found him very courteous and helpful. Early morning appointments go well, close to shceudle time and well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bieber for at least 15 years. He has treated multiple trigger fingers, both thumbs, and both wrists with in-office treatments and sometimes with surgery. He also restored my right arm and shoulder to perfect working order with rotator cuff surgery about two years ago. He is a kind and knowledgeable doctor who listens and has common sense. The office is well run, the staff caring, and the physical therapists excellent. If the office wait time seems a little long sometimes, know that when you see him you will have the same undivided attention as the patients before you.

Dr. Bieber in concert with the entire Ortho Bethesda staff are a very well organized, efficient outfit. Dr. Bieber has both comprehensive expertise and profound professional experience. Questions from me were welcomed, which he answered in non-technical language, as shown on interesting anatomical models and diagrams. He checked to be sure that I understood the operation and recovery timeline, and that I truly was committed to following through on the long and thorough PT program. Six months on, after PT, my left shoulder joint is back to normal! Excellent results for a 72 years old man.

Friends recommended Dr. Bieber as “excellent,” and I fully agree. I have had two appointments with him for trigger finger. Over the years I have seen several other doctors for this problem but none has been as thorough as Dr. Bieber. He sees the whole patient, not just the immediate health problem. He explains things clearly and patiently. I have also been very impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of the staff.
