After more than a year and a half as a satisfied client of Hairworks, the stylist who worked with me--and provided consistently good service--needed to take a hiatus from the business. Over several subsequent visits, another stylist worked with me, again with satisfactory results. My most recent appointment with that stylist, however, fell far short of my other experiences. It was clear that they were unable to acceptably complete the services I receive for my hair system: washing, regluing, and positioning. That evening, my system became unglued and fell off on the way to the theater--which was very embarrassing. Though I tried to reglue the system myself, the results were not good, with glue getting on the top of the piece. It was a mess, and I needed to cut the glue out of my hair piece and my own hair as well. I returned to Hairworks, explained what happened, and was told there was no one on site who would be able to deal with the situation. What was more frustrating was that my initial stylist, with whom I had a good relationship, had returned to work, saw me in the office and never acknowledged my presence in any way. That highly unprofessional behavior and the poor service I received ended my time as a Hairworks client.

Excellent For Mens Hair Replacement. No strings Attached, you can be on contract or not. Way better than Hairclub(I was a former client for 3 years).

This place is 👎 I recommend Sola Salon in buckeystown pike in Fredrick Md.. ask for Emily they’re amazing at hair replacement… very natural & European hair. Hair works is overpriced they use low quality hair even tho they say otherwise.

I should have written a review years ago. As I woman I am very vain about my hair (thinning) and I had them make a wiglet for me for my daughter's wedding. It looked great. The piece was designed just for me. In fact my friend went to them and was very happy with her piece. It is natural hair and they look so good. The owner is very professional and spends lots of time with you. You should not hesitate in a second to have them design something for you In fact I am going to have a fuller one made now as I need more coverage. I purchased my original wiglet 6 years ago.
