I recently saw Dr Fische several times within the span of a few weeks for issues relating to pain. He was genuinely concerned about my welfare. Among other things, we tried medication and diagnostic tests Nothing worked. He then ordered an MRI which revealed the cause of the problem. I read the results at the John’s Hopkins patient portal which were alarming. I immediately went to his office and he saw me without an appointment. We discussed the diagnosis and he has such an amazing bedside manner. We agreed on the plan of attack thereafter. I am now getting the needed medical help that I need. Dr. Fische deserves his rating as a Top Doc in the Washingtonian magazine! Highly recommended!

Very pleased withDr. Fisch. He was very thorough and asked me many questions. His exam was also very good and he engaged in conversation the entire time instead of waiting until he completed the exam. His staff was very efficient and professional.

Best doctor I've ever had! First appt. he saw my MRI and diagnosed an issue other doctor missed, which was a herniated disc causing me severe sciatica for 8 horrible months. Went in for surgery at 7:30am out at 2:30pm same day - stopped the sciatica. God bless him! It's been a number years since then, and I STILL love that man!

Dr Fisch was very friendly and easy going and funny. Great bedside manner. He explained everything in details and did not rush the appointment.
