i met him for a consultant for 6 minute appointment regarding my issue and he could not help me. he referred me to another doctor dr. wayne olan for my issue. i can't believe he billed me for his $157.22 service as he didn't help me. i got 2 separate paper bill statements from his office weekly and his office texted me 12/21/23 to say i must pay his payment asap as well as an email reminder on 12/21/23. what's wrong with this doctor when he sent me a bill statement on 12/20/23. then, another reminder paper statement in the mail on 12/29/23. normally, patient have a grace period to make the payment within 3 weeks. i will pay him since i do not want any issues but i must write him a nasty review as i don't appreciate him or his office harassing me to pay daily on text and email as reminders. this is poor unprofessional doctor.

Dr. Gardiner is technically excellent and very is pleasure to interact with. He is a kind and thoughtful and empathetic. Me and my family have had several orthopaedic problems that he has simply fixed.

Had to wait too long to see the Physician.

Haven't felt that Dr. Gardener was paying attention during my appointments. Just discovered during a lawsuit regarding an auto accident when I was hit at a stop light that he didn't check the intake form I'd filled out about my injuries and neglected to mention the injury I was there for. Hard to claim an injury if my doctor doesn't document it, and instead mentions something else (minor). I didn't get fully reimbursed for my medical expenses due to his oversight, so it's coming out of my pocket as the decision in the case didn't award enough to cover them. He's also been difficult to get a chance to talk to, and when I wasn't able to walk after another injury he had me come into his office in Germantown to get my MRI results, and then didn't have them yet. I had to get a ride there (30 minutes each way) and help in a wheelchair. The nurse practitioner was the one who was helpful, not him. I've now gone to the Mayo Clinic a couple of times. They do not agree with his diagnosis - they DON'T see a knee replacement in my future. I recommend checking his notes after your appointments. I'm going to another doctor now who stays informed, is prepared, makes time for me, pays attention and takes accurate notes.

Dr. Gardiner is the BEST! Attentive, knowledgeable, caring and skilled.

Dr. Gardiner truly seemed disinterested in my history and never physically examined me. It felt like he was ‘sleepwalking’ through my visit and that his mind was elsewhere. A true waste of time.

Outstanding experience seeing Dr. Gardiner this morning for very bothersome shoulder pain and terrible neck pain which has been triggering migraines twice a week for the past three weeks. He listened extremely well, did not rush, asked excellent questions to clearly understand how I injured myself and what my symptoms were, and came up with a plan to give me cortisone injections as a reasonable first step, which he did on the spot. My shoulder and neck literally started feeling better tonight!! He is wise, super kind and personable, and a truly caring and compassionate doctor. I am so grateful for his help and expertise! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gardiner.
