Very rushed, abrupt and impatient with pre-op questions. Surgical center also rushed. Had serious cardiac problem after general anesthesia used in outpatient surgical center. Not sure anesthesiologist had enough experience -- wish I had gone to the hospital.

Was hospitalized for a problem this doctor was trying to resolve. Called the day I went into the hospital and then two days later. Still in the hospital and no return call. The day I got home my wife called to demand a return call. After 5 days the scheduler called and said I can’t see the doctor for 7 weeks. This is the worst medical experience I have ever had. It is also malpractice. Don’t go to Chesapeake Urology .

Been speaking with ish trying to make an appointment for my uncle, one of the most unprofessional staff member I’ve spoken to in my life she stated that there are no appointments until December which was a complete lie I was able to go online and schedule an appointment she should definitely not be allowed to answer the phone until she gets the proper training I wish I could give a minus 5 star review cause that’s what she deserves

Called in October for an appointment with Dr. Litvak who was recommended by my Internist. Was told earliest available appointment was mid -January, 2022; so I took it and asked to get an earlier time if there was a cancellation. Got a voicemail message yesterday (12/2) that the January appointment needed to be moved back a week and that I should call to confirm. Called back today to confirm and was told that my appointment now needed to be moved to mid-February. Not very patient friendly or accomidating. After posting the above, I got a prompt call with an apology and an appointment for mid-January. Appointment is next week (1/19) with Dr. Litvak.

Worst staff ever , no consideration at all with patients , if you are late because you got lost in the building or because there is traffic or you struggle to park, they just don’t care ! For emergencies don’t even bother because the doctor is too busy to give you a call , for follow up appointments you have to wait forever ! Honestly where is the sense of care for patients with this doctor’s office????? STAY AWAY

very difficult to get an appt...today dec 3rd they said next availability was june 6th..i said that was ridiculous and I was told someone would get back to me in 24 hrs. doubtful since today is friday and nobody in the office works on the weekeds..good doctor...very poor staff

Satisfied with the service of the Dr. Litvak staff is professional trained even when I get late for my appointment they still take me in I make my consultation about my problem Dr tell me what’s going on with all the honesty so I will come back and I recommend this Urologist Specialist
