A CT scan for a TAVR showed some lesions on bladder. Dr Sterling was quickly available for a consultation, a subsequent CYSTOURETHROSCOPY WITH BLADDER TUMOR RESECTION with a fine medical team at Suburban Hospital and follow-up consultation and treatment. All with dispatch, and fine, first rate professionalism.

Dr. Sterling is taking care of my prostate problems since June 2018. All issues are taken care of the best possible way with professional care and attention....and ongoing. Definitely recommend to get your problems addressed by her. Been to all 3 offices...Rockville, Germantown and Bethesda. Front desk and supporting nurses are always polite and helpful to understand the needs.

Very pleased with appointments and solution. Appt started on time. Dr. Sterling listened to my situation and we discussed options. When I had a followup question after appt, her office responded promptly and with helpful solution. I would recommend this office.

I saw Dr. Sterling for a minor procedure. I found the entire process from diagnosis through procedure to be flawless. The entire staff was extremely personable and professional. They were always punctual, thorough and competent. They ensured I understood everything that was happening which provided a great deal of comfort. The procedure went off without a hitch, with much less post-procedure discomfort then I expected. I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Sterling for your urological needs.

I found Dr. Sterling and others in her practice to be dismissive and on occasion rude. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Had an appointment with dr. Sterling for 6 weeks. Show up at my appointment this morning to find out they canceled my appointment this morning because their internet was down. Seems like a stupid reason to cancel someone’s appointment that’s been on their books for 6 weeks. Not to mention the fact no one bothered to call me to tell me that they canceled my appointment. Never offered any other options to be seen in a timely manner. Wasted my morning and wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I saw her twice during a problem when the doctor I go to in this office was unavailable. As always, the staff was kind and courteous. I found Dr. Sterling to be kind, knowledgeable, and she did not rush me. She was very knowledgeable regarding my problem. I have never had any complaints about this office. My care here has always been top notch.

+1 hour late with no apologize. I learned from her staff that she started late so each patient had to wait. Still 3 stars since she was efficient and clear. The Hospital expect from the patient to be on time, but they do not call you upfront when they know in advance on the delay.

My wife met with Dr. Sterling and/or her staff on 3 occasions. Everyone was very personable and caring, and Dr. Sterling's recommendation was a great success.

Medical attention was very good, but when I had problems with Medicare coverage I was repeatedly ignored by Dr. Sterling and her staff in my attempt to get the problem resolved.
