I have been a patient of Kelly Goodman and her practice for over 7 years. The care I have received has been outstanding! The front desk is extremely helpful and patient with getting the appointments I need, when I need them. Kelly and her practitioners have been particularly responsive to me and my entire family during COVID 19 with tests and vaccinations. I am eternally gratefully for Kelly for listening and helping me navigate the symptoms of menopause. Highly recommend this practice for all ages and all family members.

This is a wonderful practice. The staff are all super friendly and the office is always nice and clean! I see Laura Heller. She is wonderful! You can tell she loves her job. She is very thorough in her care and is always checking in when needed. I have nothing but positive things to say about both Laura and the practice!

Kelly, you are an exceptional NP, a good friend and the care you give, the knowledge of specialists you referred me to and the the patience you have shown to me as well as your skilled diagnosis is in all casesremarkable.

I was referred to Kelly Goodman by another doctor because my PCP dissolved in June.  I needed a new "home base" and I couldn't be happier.  Today was my first visit and I was in and seen within 10 minutes.  Stephanie was so unbelievably thorough.  Even when I called to make appt, Sarah at front desk was so delightful.  It's nice when you hear humanity come through on the other end.  Anyway, I can't ever remember someone taking as much and asking questions and listening, truly listening the way Stephanie did.  It was so comforting to just talk and be listened too.  They did full labs, in house, and I even got my tetanus shot.  This first visit was just excellent.  I don't normally post reviews but when something makes me this satisfied, I felt compelled to share.  I'm hoping this level of care and humanity continue for my duration with them and I have confidence it will.  Thank you to the entire staff.  Oh, it's kinda hard to find in the plaza but a lovely lady heard me talking on phone and stopped to ask if I was referring to the doctors office...I said yes... and she led the way.  She could have easily kept on walking but she stopped and came back... little things matter!Update... when I got home, an entire detailed summary and all we discussed was waiting for me to review.  Incredible!

THIS PRACTICE vs. TRADITIONAL MDs: I cannot speak to what it might be like to manage a chronic illness, but if you are a relatively healthy person/family who sees a healthcare provider occasionally like me, this is a good fit. I can almost always be seen within 24 hours of calling to schedule. Most practitioners here are friendly and not rushed.OPERATIONS: My first visit to this practice in Feb. 2021 was less than stellar, but I feel confident that the practitioners are continually working to improve in-office operations (wait times, patient flow, etc.). VALUE/CONCIERGE FEE: I was skeptical about the mandatory $149 annual concierge fee, but it's not bad because it replaces the regular office "visit" fees. There are still some add-on costs for miscellaneous services, like dermatological treatments and laser hair removal. (I would suggest researching different options before diving into their $$$ add-on "nutrition program." I had planned to do it but found a VERY different weight-loss protocol that works for me!)

I've had great experiences with Kelly Goodman NP! Laura Heller, NP and Samantha Perry, NP have gone above and beyond to provide top notch care. I'm so grateful for their extra effort and caring. I highly recommend them both and the practice!

Kelly Goodman Group is such a wonderful practice! Dan is caring and kind and provides excellent care in addition to the rest of the staff. All the NPs are wonderful!
