Over the years I’ve seen how CPC’s quality of services get worse and worse. They used to have really good Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, front desk staff. Now whenever I make an appointment, the schedule on their end gets messed up and they have to reschedule, or they Nurse Practitioners call back themselves saying not sure why I am scheduled at the time they are not in the office. In the past 2-3 years I’ve had 4 Nurse Practitioners because all the good ones have left. This place used to be a real pleasure to visit because I know they take good care of patients. Not anymore. Gotta switch to another practice soon I cannot stand this place for another visit.

People were nice. Still have received no information on how to retrieve my lab results. My arm was bruised after getting my blood drawn. I called because I was concerned and they tried to charge me copay to have it looked at despite the cause being them. Here is my arm for reference one week after my appointment.

The office is very clean and they have all the precautions set up for Covid. Waiting time is short and medical staff are very helpful. Dr. Cohen is very knowledgeable and patient addressing the questions.

I have been seeing Dr. Mindi Cohen for many many years and she has taken excellent care of me in all my medical situations. I wish she were still at the Shady Grove Rd. office since I had previously always seen her there. She is now in Bethesda and I travel there to see her now.

Dr. Manly is very thorough, knowledgeable and very kind! Front desk staff is also a pleasure. You can book online too, and on short notice!
