Dr. Jaffe is wonderful! He's been our dermatologist for over 30 years and I couldn't recommend him more highly. Unfailingly kind and exceptionally knowledgeable, he always does his utmost to provide his patients with superlative care.

Love the clinicians, not at all impressed with the front desk, since it was taken over by Anne Arundel. They are downright rude! Why are they so awful!?!? When this office was first taken over by them I stopped going to this practice, because they were just that rude and did not care. It has been over 3 years, I love Aileen and Dr. Lindgren, so decided to give it another go. Same exact situation, front desk girl is very curt and not explaining anything, asking if I am new. I say I have been a patient since ~2007 or so, but this is why I have not been here for years, the front girl next to her, says, "that sounds like a personal problem" I say, no it is a front desk problem. Because you are like this, I do not come. I was about to walk out !! I asked why they are so defensive, no response. Do they realize they are the first interaction with the office? Despicable! and sad.I used to like the office. Now I hate going there. Just horrible every time.Please whoever the office manager is, can you get the front desk to not be so incredibly defensive, and to perhaps communicate, not just bark your processes at people, and assume we can read their minds? Please call me to follow up. I have never been treated so poorly by any other office! I love Aileen, so I came back, but if anyone was new I would not recommend them to this practice at all. Front office gets a zero for customer service. Clinicians get a 5!

Best Doctor with not only excellent bedside manners but absolutely impeccable diagnosis. Our whole family goes to see separately Dr. Jaffe and we all admire him and have great respect for his dedication to his patients.

My entire family has been going to Dr. Jaffe for many years. I have always found him to have with a comforting smile on his face as he enters the examining room. . He is extremely through. I have never felt rushed. Most doctors today make you feel like they can't wait to get you out the door. He has been absolutely wonderful to me, my wife, children, and grandchildren. I pray that he will never retire although he certainly deserves to.
