I had an amazing experience with Mass Ave Surgery Center. Each and every one of the staff members had wonderful bedside manner. From the beginning of my procedure to the end, they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I can't thank them enough!

Couldn’t have asked for a better surgical experience. Fifth surgery during the last 20 years (different things). Best of all - from intake through procedure through first day at home. Exert, kind and thoughtful staff. Recovery from anesthesia was smooth with no disorientation. On the road to recovery. Perfect score

The staff were extremely kind, attentive, comforting and professional. The intake was easy, from the pre-registration process, which is done online, to the mandatory COVID19 test done on sight several days ahead of the procedure, to check-in upon arrival. The facility was modern and very clean. I am grateful to all who took care of me today and all who are responsible for the upkeep of this facility.

Started with a attentive and prompt check-in. Experienced and friendly staff made things move in a way that assured me that things were moving correctly. Everything was explained as we moved along.They time things well. I was checked in and moved to vital signs and first things immediately. Doctors (podiatrist and anesthesiologist) and nurses were great. I felt valued. Some light conversation relaxed me as surgery approached.Extraordinary facility.

I had an open carpal tunnel release procedure performed here yesterday. I was very impressed with each and every staff member I interacted with. They are the kind of people you would hope to find in the medical field. I truly appreciate the care and compassion I received here. I will be getting the same procedure performed on my other hand in the near future. Based on this experience, I will go into it with much less apprehension knowing I'm in great hands.

I had a really great experience at the Massachusetts Avenue surgery center. I arrived at 6 AM, check in process followed CDC guidelines(my temperature taken, use of sanitizer, and a fresh mask.) I proceeded to go to the pre-op room about 15 minutes after I had signed all the paperwork. About 7:15 I was out cold getting a fresh ACL. I woke up about 11am. Had crackers, water and lots of support from the post op nurses. Very nice place but the people made getting surgery during a pandemic not so bad. Hopefully this email puts minds at ease when deciding where to find good, quality care. Special shout out to the TeamThank you pre op team-Meka,Lucky,Dorinda :)Thanks operating Team! Had a fine experience with the surgical staff. Billing is a horror show that has not ended 16 months post-surgery with new bills showing different information, not reflecting payments, claiming I am past due. I call and they say, don't worry we did get your payment and you owe nothing No clue why it was not shown on the statement. Then another statement arrives a month later - payment doesn't show and it shows some of the information on payments from previous bill but not all. You call and get the same run around.

I recently had a shoulder procedures here, and I could not speak more highly of the facility and the stuff! Everyone is extremely prompt, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I feel very fortunate to have found the surgery center.
