Dr Jane is amazing. My son has been through a series of growth plate /tendinitis problems and knee surgery rehab over the last 18 months and I don’t know what we would have done without her. She is so knowledgeable and talented that it has been like having the kind of PT a professional athlete would have. Everything about this place has been impressive, from the professional and courteous scheduling from Bri, to the impressive knowledge of every PT doctor we’ve encountered there, Momentous has just been a godsend.

Dr. Jane and the entire team at Momentous Sports are fantastic. They provide a thoughtful and highly detailed approach to physical therapy that get athletes back on their feet (literally) and able to train and compete again.

My dr is always a great help, she is very thorough and always gives me a lot of information of what she is doing and why and he end result, I see Dr K once a month and I always come out feeling much better than when I went in.

I was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in the right hip and it was excruciatingly painful. My doctor recommended physical therapy. At the time, I thought this was an unusual treatment plan but followed up on his advice. One of my fencing friends who had been treated by Dr. Jane Kruszewski highly recommended her. I followed up on this recommendation because I wanted to be able to fence as long as my body held up. Dr. Kruszewski did an initial evaluation of my condition and we set out on a treatment plan that proved very successful. Her focus was on strengthening and stretching my muscles which loosened the muscles around the hip joint. In addition to our once a week/two weeks sessions, she also recommended ways that I could enhance my exercise activities at the gym and at home. I have completed my sessions with her and am pain free! To ensure that I continue to progress, she recommended that I get in touch with a personal trainer to ensure that my progress continues. Dr. Kruszewski is an absolute professional in which she does. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a highly competent physical therapist. She is a “perfect 10” in my book!

I've received excellent care from Dr. Tim Vidale and the Momentous team. I suffered a shoulder injury about a year ago training for a Powerlifting competition. But, instead of seeing about the injury I competed in the competition then continued to lift and even train for another competition while my shoulder continued to fail. By the time I had the sense to seek help my shoulder and arm had basically stopped working and I had intense vertigo for days at a time. Not only did Dr. Tim immediately diagnose the issues my first treatment gave me immense relief. He explained everything that was going on with my shoulder and the nerve endings that were irritated and causing numbness down my arm. He put together a treatment plan and I was back to working out in four weeks and lifting weights in six! My goal is to get back into competition shape. I honestly didn't think that would happen this year. However, working with Dr. Tim I know without question I'll not only be back in shape to compete this year, I'll be stronger than before. If you are in pain, have an injury even an old injury or just want to improve your performance I strongly recommend Dr. Tim Vidale.

Whether you’re coming off surgery or an overuse injury, he will patiently listen and work with you and get you back to whatever activity you love. He will help you develop a plan to put in the work both inside and outside of your sessions.
