Just got my hair transplant done today. Dr.B and Kane and staff was wonderful which exceed my expectations. I was concerned about the needle numbing me and it was not as bad as I initially thought. I slept for the most part which I must say was the best rest I got in a while. I ate lunch and had snacks then went back to sleep. Next thing I know I was done and getting my post-op instructions. See you all in a year and thank you for welcoming me to the family

Scam. They made me wait 20 minutes just to tell me they don't provide the service I have requested.

They are always prepared and ready to assist, ensuring that me as a patient received the best possible care. Overall, Dr. Huebner and their team set a high standard for medical care with their impeccable attendance and commitment to patient satisfaction. I met with Dr. Blumenthal in person and he told me I'm equally fit for FUT or FUE, maybe a little more FUT, but that wherever I go, I should only go to somewhere that does both. Then when I emailed with the general manager Jerry, he only gave me FUT prices, and told me Dr. Blumenthal says FUT was best. When I asked if they even do FUE procedures, I got no response. I did not go further as they had lost my trust at this point, and by Dr. Blumenthal's own advice, people should not go there. If you look at the website, you see the term "HUE" thrown around a lot, which also seems misleading as it is not FUE but actually FUT.

Surgery for around $8000 dollars, still had hair loss after surgery and it’s very patchy. the transplanted hair also stops growing after a certain length so it’s never even. Tried waiting past the 2 year mark to see if it would stabilize, but nothing has changed in a positive manner. Was supposed to have a second procedure, in addition to the first one, but having to rip out a piece of my skull and then sit down in a chair for another however many hours just is not worth the trouble. Or the price. Was better off bald. Can’t even fully shave my head, because there are tiny indents where the grafts were placed. Just came out uglier than when I came in.

Dr Blumenthal is the man. I had a hair transplant done abroad and was not happy with the results. He fixed all the mistakes they had done and gave me the results I had hoped for. My brother ended up doing his transplant with Dr Blumenthal as well!
