Thank you to the team at NovaCare. I enjoyed working with my therapist who was understanding and took action to get me well from my knee challenges. In just a few sessions, I learned that my own self care would play a huge part in my recovery. I gained more tools to reduce the discomfort and slow the progression of my knee pain. I’ve had a wonderful experience at Novice Care Rehabilitation in Bethesda. I want to give a special shout-out to my physical therapist, Caroline. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. Caroline takes the time to ensure I’m doing my exercises correctly, always offering helpful advice and encouragement. Her positive attitude and dedication make each session productive and enjoyable. I highly recommend Novice Care Rehabilitation and Caroline for anyone seeking excellent physical therapy care!

Had therapy here 2 years ago which was decent but challenging to schedule. Attempted to work with them again and the scheduling staff was not transparent about what services they could provide, and were very rude. They were only interested in getting insurance money, but not my case or what services I would need at all. Based on both experiences I would not use this provider, there are many others in the area.

Sarah is an excellent physical therapist with special training in the area of oncology. She is professional, caring, and has a real positive energy, which translates into hope and healing for her cancer patients.

My physical therapist, Caroline, is excellent. She gives me new exercises every time to increase the strength and range of motion in my arm.. She is kind and friendly and also serious about her work.
