Dr. Aronson went on thoroughly checking my medical history and symtpoms and accurately diagonsed the cause of them. The clinic was super-clean, staffs were friendly as well. She gave me the right customized prescription which addressed my symptoms to the point. She saved me from hopelessness and decreased my anxiety by giving a whole-human treatment plan and referring to great practicioners nearby for each treatment.She was also relaxing and kind. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who has been dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction.

By the time I reached Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM), I was in extreme pain. I had gone to my local emergency room 4 times and this was at the beginning of the CCOVID-19 virus shutdown/outbreak. The last place I wanted to be was at the emergency room. I was sick and in pain for 5 months and lost 23 pounds. It got so bad I could not walk and had to crawl to the bathroom. That was the first time I went to the emergency room. No one knew what the problem was. I have chronic back pain, fibromyalgia and lupus. I had never had that much pain.I had a UTI the first time I went to the hospital and that’s what they focused on. Finally, someone recommended I go to a UTI specialist. I found a woman doctor in the same urologist practice my husband goes too. She knew right away that it was some type of pelvic floor spasm. I knew nothing about the pelvic flooar. She recommended finding a specialist and gave me a list in the area.Everyone at PRM is so friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t tell you how relieved I am to finally find out not only what is wrong with me, but to finally have experts to treat me. Dr Aronson is very knowledgeable and personable . She explained my diagnosis and her recommended treatment plan. She listened and asked questions that made sense. I would recommend her to anyone.I have pudendal neuralgia and pelvic floor hypertonia. The treatment plan included my diagnosis, medications, physical therapy, tools (meditation, home yoga, warm baths, tens unit, etc), imaging, and other resources (web sites, pelvic floor massage serenity tools, etc). I Intend on following everything she recommended on my treatment plan so I can get better.Mary, the receptionists setup my six week appointments on the first visit, and printed it for me to take home. She is very positive, has a great personality and is very organized. Rebecca, their nurse, is very nice and very knowledgeable. She takes your temperature when you come in and there are never any other patients in the waiting room and she always ask if I want a bottle of water and a healthy snack after each injection. They all are just really good people who care about you and your health.I am giving them five stars because they are genuinely friendly, they listen, are knowledgeable, and are extremely organized and efficient. They also take your temperature, limit patients (none in waiting room) and use mask and shields and change gloves frequently. They provided me with a copy of my treatment plan, a folder full of information on my condition, a list of resources (even info on a support group)and a brochure on their organization. In addition, PRM is active in trying to increase awareness about the various pelvic floor health conditions. Most importantly, I have already seen a huge improvement in my pain (level of pain and duration) and my functioning. I saw them every week for six weeks, for my injections and I have a follow up visit a few weeks.

I have been to many physicians who could not treat my pain because it was out of their realm. Dr. Shrikhande is THE expert on pelvic pain treatment. She has helped me to reduce my pain greatly, and provided further guidance on what to do post treatment.

After suffering since April 2018, I have finally found relief  with PRM. I have been to the ER, Urologist, two MD's and have been told to take Zanax, Flomax, Antibiotics, Steriod Pack, had a Cystoscopy, and a Colonoscopy all for no reason other then lack of knowledge. From the moment I read the PRM website I knew I was in the right direction. Dr. Hill on the first visit had an almost certain understanding of the root cause of the issue causing my pelvic dysfunction. The entire staff in the Hoboken office was amazing and treated me like someone whom has a true issue and they simply wanted to work to resolve it quickly. The root cause needs to be treated as of yet but I finally feel like I am getting someplace. I can't Thank Dr. Hill and the Hoboken team enough. They are all wonderful! Initially came in for pelvic pain a few months ago after being in intense pain for several years, consistently ignored by multiple doctors. I met with Dr. Ahmed who spent over an hour listening to my symptoms then educating me on the issue I was facing. Long story short, she also provided me with a list of resources and follow up referrals. I've seen continued my treatment and have been seen 5 times. My patient experience have remained consistently excellent. The wonderful ladies at the front desk are always smiling and willing to accommodate my requests. Very thankful I found the pelvic rehabilitation medicine center, my pain have subsided and I'm once again able to be myself! Highly recommended.

Dr. Ahmed and her team are incredible. I had been through 10 or more doctors who gave me incorrect diagnoses- Dr. Ahmed actually took the time to call each doctor and educate them on pelvic floor dysfunction, and to help explain my disorder. She is also compassionate and understanding of cost to the patient, and tried to accommodate me as much as possible. I had been in pain for 3-4 months, and now 6 months later, am feeling functional again. Her treatments are also effective while conservative, allowing for efficacy without compromising safety. I strongly recommend her and her team if you are dealing with pelvic pain (she is also great about referrals if you are experiencing tangential issues!). 5/5 stars!

This is what doctor's should be!  This place is great and I can't say enough good things about them. The office is helpful and professional to begin with and the Doctors are just wonderful.  They talk to you and carefully address any concerns or pain you have. They take the time to develop a custom plan to treat any and all conditions.  I haven't had any issues with wait time or scheduling.  I can't say enough good things about this practice.

I was recommended to this office by my surgeon, Dr Seckin. I was told to make an appointment with Dr Schrikande but when I called the first time they said she was out on maternity leave but I can see another physician. I'm so glad that she wasn't available because I was put with Dr Hill and she is just freakin amazing. When I go there it's like I'm going to see a friend who also happens to be a doctor. I have severe anxiety and she makes me feel super comfortable and relaxed. I just had my 4th round of injections and am finally starting to feel a difference in the pain levels of my muscles which have been hurting so bad for years. The medical assistant/nurse is equally as awesome, and the front desk staff extremely accommodating. As soon as you walk in it's almost like walking into a spa, with the cucumber water and oil diffuser. For someone like myself who is ALWAYS in pain, the heating pads on the exam tables are also a nice touch and very thoughtful. The wait time is almost nothing, you're in and out. I highly recommend this office if you are in need of these type of services.
