Julie took the time to explain the medical issues, was methodical and communicative in her assessment, described the therapy she would perform and why and then did so with great attention to detail. She is extraordinary in her knowledge and demonstrated confidence in the process. In short, she is terrific!
So knowledgable and has innovative treatments! I rely on her for guidance and understanding
I appreciated that Dr. Joanna Bakos took time to get the background and broader picture on my knee issue. Her assessment helped identify imbalances I was not aware of and she the strength tests helped make them very concrete for me. She also made sure I understood how to do the exercises properly and the issues they would address. I look forward to the follow up work with Dr. Bakos.
Adam is great! Highly recommend.
Loved working with Michal! She is definitely very knowledgeable and patient.
She's fabulous - She knows her metier. She is pleasant, engaging, responsive, bright - I'm running out of accolades. You get the picture.
Haim Hectman is one of the best physical therapists in the business. He is quick, smart, and very knowledgeable and effective. He gets to the root of the problem immediately and works with patients to solve it. His knowledge of specific rehabilitation exercises is unparallelled.
Over the course of several years, being treated for a variety of chronic and acute issues, I have found the practitioners at Point Performance to be excellent. I'm currently seeing Allison Haynes and Joanna Bakos. Both are holistic, knowledgeable and thorough, engaging a variety of techniques including dry needling, massage and exercise. Their attention to detail with both movement and functionality is excellent and reassuring.
I can’t express enough how amazing this place has been. Ali Lonner’s dedication and support in rehabilitation and getting you back to what you love to do is unmatched. Ali is down to earth, personable, extremely knowledgeable, and makes going to PT fun and rewarding. After going to another PT place for over a year with limited progress, I started seeing Ali, and within only a few months, I was back doing hobbies and activities with no issues. Ali took the time to understand my injury and created a personalized plan taking into consideration my preferences, and provided a very reasonable at-home plan. Ali has transformed my life and I am pleased with my recovery. I also saw Dr. Majeed, who took the time to walk through my injury and a treatment plan. His thorough expertise and compassionate approach made me feel confident and well-cared for. The entire team at this facility is dedicated, professional, and genuinely invested in their patients' recovery. Even the front desk staff were great and helpful.
The front desk is poorly run, and the cost of their incompetence falls on the patient. I missed an appointment that I had recorded in my calendar as being at 10AM when their records said 9AM. Unlike all the other medical offices I frequent, Point Performance does not send out any reminders of appointments, and when there is a discrepancy between the front desk's records and the patient's, the former prevails. The missed appointment penalty fee is $50, and they showed no flexibility on that charge. Also, I was repeatedly overcharged on my co-pay until I insisted that they call my insurance company for clarification. When they learned I was right, they finally credited me for my overpayments. I regret this experience, which overshadows the positive experience I had with my therapist. But I am pretty sure that there are good therapists in other, better run practices, and I will seek them out next time I need PT.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
