Dr Dean was professional and put me on a regiment of medications that helped my situation. His office staff is deplorable. No one responds to voicemails or MyChart messages and when you finally get someone to schedule, they place you on hold multiple times during the conversation, sometimes up to 15 minutes. I have been left without medication for over a month due to this!!

Dr Robert Dean was fantastic! He took time to answer all of my questions and give me the root causes of issues after taking the time to get a full case history. He ordered an important test for me, gave me supplement and product recommendations, and a physical exam to make sure all was well. His Executive Coordinator Destini Gooden was fantastic as well- she always gave prompt responses, was organized about adding any labs I sent to my file for Dr Dean to quickly access. Also very patient and accommodating regarding presenting different scheduling options.

He’s knowledge but lacks of interest. The follow up is non-existent and the responsiveness is terrible. I expect much more from a health provider

Saw Dr. Dean for a surgery and his bedside matter is wonderful. We left not having questions, confident the surgery would go well and that follow up care would be good. His experience in the field is over 28 years. You will not find a better doctor in Urology ever!
