I had a painful urinary tract infection and told this 3x to the doctor. He didn’t listen, said at the end of the consultation: oh you did not mention that earlier. And then by coincidence I learned 5 days later that ‘somebody’ had ordered an Antibiotikum at the pharmacy. I had no idea about that! Nobody called and informed me.

Dr. Clark took his time with me and explained things precisely. Very knowledgeable and patient. But what always makes a difference to me is when you first arrive and the staff is very professional and kind, as they were. The gentleman who checked me in was so attentive. Medstar ar Rockledge was wonderful!
