My appointments are always cancelled. The front office staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. Through Covid, they didn't wear masks. Other dr's offices require masks for everyone-their staff didn't even wear them. Blood work isn't acknowledged.

Dr. Bodemheimer has been rude and uncaring with my family for the last time. I have reported this most recent incident to the board of medicine and he should stop practicing.

I went to Dr. Bodenheimer last week for the first time. I was hesitant after reading these reviews, however, I am an RN, BSN and recognize quality care and I will say that this doctor was great. He was very knowledgable, educated, compassionate and made me feel listened to and like he was actually concerned. He does write things down in his laptop and thats important because its crucial to chart and write things in patients charts correctly. It does not mean that he is more concerned about typing in his computer. I don't agree with thee bad reviews at all. I definitely recommend him and will be taking my husband and future children here.

Dr. Bodenheimer is clear headed, communicates on point, and most importantly - he does not treat problems with excess, overwhelming information, or medications. He listens to my concerns, and respects my decisions concerning 'my' healthcare. He like so many doctors are in the clutches of government rules and regulations that are burdensome for any and all medical practices. He has been our family physician for several years. He will remain so for the foreseeable future. Thanks Doc.

Because of his know it all attitude I didn’t get the proper care and have suffered pain from nerve damage for two years. He only cared about money. Am looking for a new doctor!
