I've heen a patient here for a long time and have never had a bad experience here. The staff members are professional with there task. The doctor's are excellent I can't say enough concerning the wonderful care I have received here
I like doctor Siegal, however, the billing team did not submit the claim to the insurance now they want me to pay. I had called the billing and my insurance and put them on the phone since 2023 to clear this. They were told to submit the claim, but they didn't. Now it's 2025 they want me to pay the balance claiming it's patient's responsibility while it was NEVER submitted to the insurance. The billing lady called me almost 5PM today 07/07/2025. I then I called the insurance again and called her back so she can talk with the insurance directly on three way; the office was closed. How are you going to call a patient at almost 5PM? They failed to submit the claim now they want to pin the balance on me! They can't resubmit it since it's past three months, I bet.
Very unprofessional! I have been calling this office since last week trying to get an appointment. They will let the phone ring, pick it up and place you on hold without saying hello or anything. Please seek medical attention elsewhere.
My prior Primary care Dr. LIzy Thomas, Practice Manager, Stephanie McConkey is in the business of terminating relationships with there patients without a cause. As a former patient I am entitled to know the reason why. In the enclosed letter, it states nothing. This is blant discrimatory practices because I live in a specific demogragic area in Washington DC. Ms. Shiela repeatly asked where I lived during my last recent appointment. I am sure this is not the 1st time. Now this office has an Asian Decent Doctor, Dr. LIzy Thomas who is of Indian Decent and not sure of the other doctor never seen them before. They are also in the business of violating the HIPPA laws. Nothing there is confidential. I take issue with that. This is to inform you to beware. Most of the assistants are white and have maybe a handful of African Americans. Everyone there wants to be the Doctor. The way they conduct business everyone has access to your files. I like to know what the problem is. Please see the attached letter that was sent to me.
Rita Sadchev and Lizy Thomas should retire. Their lack of empathy and professionalism is appalling. I received more hands on treatment from the practices CRNP than I did for her. They are only interested in conducting telemedicine appointments to provide less than average medical support and to make claims against your insurance. There should be a away to dispute the services she provides.
Rita Sadchev and Lizy Thomas both should retire. Their lack of empathy and professionalism is appalling. I received more hands on treatment from the practices CRNP than I did from both of them. Some front office staff are rude and unprofessional, long wait times.for appointments, insensitive as well. I am finding a new provider/place for my Healthcare.
Terrible!!! Just terrible !
I was trying to get a referral sent over by phone and a medical assistant told the imaging place they couldn't. After many calls and no answer I drove over and I was third in line. There's no privacy for telemedicine during check in, you are announcing your name, birthdate and insurance information to someone at the front desk and anyone can hear. Isn't this a privacy violation. One woman older older than 40, pretended she did not know that women over 40 are supposed to have a mammogram once a year but she proceeded to dictate out so others can hear that I had lab work that had not been completed . She needs another job. My son had blood work done in August and they would not discuss it with him over the phone he needed an appointment of which he was unable to make because he was in college . It seem like they just wanted another reason to Bill the insurance. .I had him go on to the portal to get his lab results and one of the numbers were extremely high and I felt merited at least the phone call to alert him that he needed to do something about it or a prescription. that did not happen. Dr Thomas seemed ok k but the management or organization of this practice could use some improvement
Do not use this medical practice! They are awful. Here are a few reasons to avoid them: 1. The Doctor who is supposed to be my primary care doctor is only in the office 1 day a week. The pandemic is over and most real doctors are actually seeing their patients 2. I waited for weeks to have an in person physical. The doctor came in, read my labs while looking at the computer and not me, and didn't even do an exam. He listened to my heart and that was it. No checking my abdomen, looking in my ears and eyes, looking at my throat, testing reflexes, examining my neck and throat for nodules, NOTHING! They didn't even have me put on those dreaded paper robes. 3. It was billed as a physical NOT an office visit so I can't even go to another doctor to get a REAL PHYSICAL unless I appeal this claim...which I am certainly going to do Find another practice if you care about your health because they certainly do NOT.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
